The Good, The Bad & The Queen was given an airing in Dudley's local nightclub, where Blur had played when they were just starting out back in 1990. [photo credit: ExpressAndStar]

The Express And Star gave a rave review here and also caught up with Damon for a little chat (and photo) before the show, check out the report here
Rik writes:-
"Travelled from Lincoln to the good ol' Black Country to see the band at Dudley's JB venue, which is neither small yet large, it's comfortable, un-
intimidating size, making it that bit more personal.
The evening was excellent, the camaraderie between the boys was fantastic, a well honed polished cheeky performance, a medley of London based entertainment,
which it was. It was what music should be, an evening of, what felt like, light hearted entertainment, with more soulful undertones entwined throughout,
almost like the moody backdrop of olden day London, helping unravel a more personal opinion of the city and especially modern life, (no pun intended..)
Excellent thing was that you could have almost been tucked away amidst a bustling back street of Camden, amongst fumes of spicy food and exotic tobacco with
a quad of ruffians making a days living, its an imaginative picture to paint, but it's so obviously more than that, much much more. Paul, almost being that
silent stern older brother, his presence and stage antics were wonderful, as if looking out for his younger more adolescent sibling (Damon), the connection
was fantastic.
Damon making this project more his own than he has for a while, in all his genius and stage presence, in all his confidence and entertainment, its so
inspiring to see somebody so passionate about their work, message and performance at hand. It was exciting, it was different. There's never a dull moment in
Damon's repertoire and everything came together beautifully. Moody, dark, soulful and beautiful. The evening sparkled, the band were excellent. Thanks guys."
